In the feeding of the five thousand, Jesus does far more than provide a meal; He gives a sign that points beyond the bread to Himself as the authentic and living Bread of Heaven. This miracle invites us to bring our hunger (physical and spiritual) to Christ, trusting that in Him there is no lack, no insufficiency, and no need He cannot fully satisfy.
